I scored a '13 STX Supercab 5.0L a few weeks ago with the tow package. Am curious about how it might tow my built Jeep JK Rubi Unlimited that scales at 5,500lbs. Thinking of a relatively lightweight (Featherlight, etc.) car trailer to load the JK on. Guessing I'd be at 7,000 lbs+. I once owned a '06 6.0L Superduty that towed my former rig on a 2,500 lb trailer like it was nothing. Not expecting that kind of performance out of the 5.0L, but hoping it would be acceptable. Thoughts?
