Towing
Check the drivers side door jamb for a sticker that will provide you with the GVWR for your truck. How much does that 31 foot travel trailer weigh? You did not specify the model of your 2014 F150: 4x4? regular cab? Super cab? crew cab? So we don't know how much your truck weighs.
For example, if you have a 5,000-pound truck with a 6,200 pound GVWR, you can safely carry 1,200 pounds in the vehicle. If you are towing a trailer with a 300-pound tongue weight, the amount of passengers and gear you can carry decreases to 900 pounds.
Then go here and read up:

Quick glance.... I think best case scenario... you are maxxed out at about 6700lbs towing. SO unless you have a very Ultra-lite 31' trailer you will be pushing the posted weights.
Here is the 2014 towing guides that may help.

But again. We don't know your set up.. 2x4/4x4, crew/screw/reg cab, short/long bed, gear ratio etc. Heck. Do you even have a tow package on the truck? if not will need to add that, trailer brake....
Not much help but gives you some ideas on more information you can offer so others may help better.
