yea they had a bad track record, i know guys who actually got their trucks bought back from ford. i would find a 7.3 personally. the thing is, too many idiots with diesels, buy a edge or bullydog performer, run them at race and beat the hell out of them...and if it's used you'd never know.....i have seen guys even double stack programmers...my buddy's bro is running a 04 f250 on 37's and chipped, putting out around 1000 ft torque, that thing has been raced and beat on it, but you would never ever tell.....go over it with a fine toothcomb......and if it was commercially owned, find another one
