Tow mirror issues

Tow mirror issues
I have a 2022 150 lariat. Equipped with power fold mirrors. Bliss etc. the works. Mirrors also folded and unfolded when locked and unlocked.
I purchases a set of oem tow mirrors who all had the same features from a guy off of same year model.
The blinkers only partially blink. Not the whole strip. Just one small spot near mirror. On both sides
Power fold works with the button but not when I lock and unlock the truck.
any help or suggestions please?
