Touchscreen controls lock up
I have a 2018 Lariat 3.5L EcoBoost with 66K miles.
The touchscreen either does not respond for several seconds or it locks up for up to 30 seconds. The local Ford dealer updated the data base and that seemed to help some but the problem is still there. The dealer states the only other option is to replace a “module” for $1,600!
Any suggestions are appreciated.
