Default Torque specification

Alright i dont know how to put a picture in a thread but if you go to my page and look at my pictures you will see what im talking about im not sure the correct names for these parts but the rod that connects to the tie rods , well there is another rod that branches off from there and has two bolts that screws to the frame well i went and got my alignment down and it took three times then everytime i hit a bump the truck would just keep shaking till i stop well i found one bolt was half out and the other one was loose does anyone know if there is a specific torque specification for those two bolts i used an air compressor then use a wrench to tighten them down as much as i could hope that is enough
