Toolbox ?
"J" bolt and nut. 2 per side. Hooks under the rail preventing it from being taken. The toolbox (if new) should come with everything to secure it.
i second the j hooks, theres a nother thread on here not too long ago about this subject
here it is, i found it

If you're not opposed to drilling through your bed rail, you could do that. I've got 1 3/8in thick bolt on each side of mine with a wingnut inside the toolbox, and 1 self tapping screw on each side, up where the lid hinge is, because I couldn't get the drill there easy. Keep the box locked, and it will go NOWHERE.
1 other thing, I also have a thin piece of plastic under where the box rests on the bed rail, to quell the rattles a bit, and I think it works

Thanks guys I got it put on and it looks sweet. Now I can take all my tools and stuff out of back seat now and it can be used for other things.I wish I wouldn't have goten the low profile though
