Default Title transfer question

Hey everyone i got a question for yall. As some of you know i just got my 97 f150. The guy that had it before me never got the title changed into his name so when we filled out the titles for the trade it still had that the other guys name and signature on it. when we filled out the bill of sale the guy that traded me put his name on the bill of sale. Now my question is will the tag office accept the title and bill of sale like that or will i need to just fill out another bill of sale with the guys name on the title on the bill of sale and turn that in instead?
I hope what im asking makes since as i plan on going to the tag office tomorrow. Thanks for the responses ahead of time.

Spencer

Did you just get a friend to sign as the other guy for you?
