Default Tire Warranty Issues

I thought I'd let all you guys know about this issue, as I might be getting burned, 'cause of it...

I live in Canada anf ordered a set of 305/55/20 Nitto terra's from texas. Put the rims and tires on the truck. Had vibrations and then had a road force balance done. Turns out that 2 of the tires aren't "true" .

This is where it gets a little messed up... I phone the tire guys in texas, to find out what the warranty is. Apparently, Canada and the US have 2 seperate warranty departments. So I'm pretty much SOL...

Luckily the guy in texas is good. He offered to give me a full refund for the tires.. Still waiting confirmation that he's paying shipping.

So here's my next "sweet" deal.... For that refund I'm getting, I can't even buy replacement tires here in Canada. Yep......guess I have to dish out some MORE cash now...

So ye.... check all things out, BEFORE buying online. "Saving" money, might not be cheaper in the end...

On a road force balancer you can 180 the tire on the rim then rebalance it. Works 99% of the time.

They rotated the tires on the rims, to best match them, but the Vibrations are still there. I heard from some other guys that they've had some ballancing issues with nitto's. One of the dealerships here, stopped stocking nitto's due to the problem... Might this be a manufacturer issue to be considered?
