Tire dressing! Promo shots!

Thought I'd start a thread for everyone to post pics of their favorite "tire shine" product and it's results. I've tried lots over time, from spray foam (which I loved for the spray and leave it idea but found it a little messy with overspray), and the more watery kind in a spray bottle but I found it ran a lot and would take forever to dry, therefore flicking up the side of the vehicle when you drove off. You can always dab it off after or rub it in with a cloth or sponge but I like the ease of a spray and go product. Which leads me to Meguiar's Hot Shine. It's an aerosol can that has different width settings for spray patterns (I left it in the middle and went around the tire until it was totally covered) and does a great job with very little overspray and easy control. Hope this helps the other car cleaning crazy people out there like me! Peace.

I use that stuff too. Easy to use shines like hell, works good on the trim too but it doesn't last very long for me only a couple days. Anyone use a tire shine that will last a whole week or more?

Surf City Garage Beyond Black tire dressing. Use a sponge to wipe onto the tires. It will last longer than a week plus it will last thru rain storms. So long as you don't drive thru huge puddles.

I saw on Truck U this morning that Duplicolor is making a tire dressing now. It is supposed to hold up better than anything on the market. I think it is more of a clearcoat for your tires versus a dressing. It is an aerosol can too.

Depends on how much "shine" you like - but for me, I don't care for a high sheen look. PLEDGE furniture polish works great - gives a low gloss shine and lasts quite a few days. (smells good too!) If you have white letters showing on your tire - Ronson lighter fluid cleans them nicely too.
Couple of ideas from an "old dude"!

I use Pledge as well. I have black wheels like the OP and the Pledge is the absolute BEST product for black wheels, and I have tried them all. You don't even wipe the wheel, just spray and walk away. A bit too shiny the first day for my liking but remains a deep black for weeks. And the next wash, brake dust doesn't really show but simply doesn't stick and falls off, due to the wax coat! Nice tires OP, Duratracs are the best!!!

Been looking for 2 months and finally found it at Summit for 7.95 a can. Search
tire shine on their site and it's last on their list.

Been using meguairs hot shine but haven't been overly satisfied with it so I'm going to look into duplicolor stuff and try the pledge. I have noticed my white letters are getting dirty so I'll try the lighter fluid too  thanks guys!
