Default Timing chains

Hi Guys
Im wondering how reliable are the timing chains are on the 4.6 liter engine?I have a 05 Ford F150 STX.Im having no problems but I cringe about what could happen if both timing changes could snap.I dont beat on my truck at all, just normal usage.Any info would be appreciated,thanks...Pete
