Default throttle response sensor

Yea, so after replacing the battery & following the steps In the owners Manuel , has low, idle an engine stall. Will cleaning this sensor, help!! Is it sumn I can do, or pay the dealership. Any ideas guys?

its either a bad pcm program or tb needs to be replaced if you have and 04-05 you'll have to replace the TB IAC and TBPS all at once any other years are seperately, although its probably your IAC

also drive it for a few miles also...sometimes it takes a relearn...

Yeah drive the truck it has to go through it drive cycles to relearn it happens all the time at the shop when a battery gets disconnected.
