How does a dirty throttle body effect a truck so much?! I have a 2005 Super Crew and for the first time it went crazy when the throttle body was dirty it wasnt even that bad. Inquiring minds would like to know.

 

You have to remember that's a drive by wire throttle body, so in dirty do you mean carbon choked or dirty so that the motor doesn't work correctly?

But yea, it doesn't take a whole ton of carbon to choke and foul things up on a late model EFI truck.
