I would welcome all input regarding a van I looked at and am seriously considering...

I know an E150 and an F150 are only cousins, but the F150 fan base is much wider than the E150, so please excuse my diversion...

it is a 1997 E150 (conversion) with the 351. It has 185,000 miles on it.
I need it to be road worthy for road trips and camping, maybe driving around town too 3-4 times a week.

Should I be concerned about the miles? There is some maintenance paperwork. Also a little bit of rust on one of the doors.

My other Ford is a 67 Fairlane, its just not the road trip car (yet!)
