have any of yall heard about the toyota tacomas bad rust problem. they say its not a recall, but any one that has a taco within the specific time frame can go to a dealer and have it fixed or bought back. how is that not a recall. my uncle has a 98 4wd 5spd taco with 130k and his was rusted so bad they gave him 12k for his truck. i was reading on an tundra forum and they think its great. whats so great about having your truck rust out from underneath you.... just thought i would let yall know.

Its not as if our trucks are perfect. Saying that you should buy a Ford so that your frame wont rust in half is just as ignorant as saying you should buy something other than a Ford so that your truck doesnt catch on fire.

your truck may not be perfect but mine is, so dont just asume that my truck catches fire or breakes down like everybody else whos may do that. besides i sure more trucks have rusted out then fords catching fire.

It doesnt upset me. I dont drive a Tacoma. My point was that you shouldnt talk trash because our trucks arent perfect either.
Oh and about your truck being perfect...yeah, sure, whatever you gotta tell yourself.
I know my truck isnt perfect, but thats OK. I like it and it has served me faithfully over the past 176,000 miles.

i didnt say that fords are perfect to begin with, you did or accused me of doing it....not me, i'm just givin ford some credit that they dont break inhalf when you put your stick in the back but thanks for pissin all over that! and even if there is more crap wrong with fords then toyotas fords are still better b/c they helped during ww2 ,japan (toyota) bombed us remember Dec 7 1941 (pearl harbor) i support USA(ford) no matter what i dont give a crap about our problems, ford still rock!! but the fact that you say ours catch on fire, wow how many 5-10 tops. just because of that you cant set there and imply that mine will.........so therefore it casuse me to say its perfect........and by perfect i'm talking about mechanically/operational and crap like that and i have zero problems in that area...... not that it can fly or some stupid like that........but thanks for the conversation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
