Sync no longer saving changes
The other day Sync seemed to crash after going from reverse to drive. The screen went black but the radio still played. After the truck restarted the screen came back. I can change settings, delete a phone , change the station. The next time I get into the truck everything is changed back to what it was set as on the day it crashed. Phones are added back if I deleted them and the station goes back to what it was on that day. A master reset seems to fail, it doesn’t reset or change anything. When I try to check for an update that fails also.
Any idea? This is a 2018 F-150 STX 4x4 with about 15k miles
