Anyone having trouble with their SYNC and Bluetooth audio and phone? I just bought a new 2011 FX4 Ecoboost. I've had to go in once already to the dealer for a master master reset. It doesn't connect to my phone, yet my phone says the SYNC is not in range (IPhone 4). Thoughts?

 

Have you tried SYNC.com, the web-site might be able to walk you through the issue you are having?
