suspension swap
Quick question Can i swap suspension from a f350 to and f150? same years
i have a 1984 f150xlt and i found a 85 f350 with good leaf springs and shocks/springs. would they bolt right in or do i have to "FAB" sumthing up? thanks

Not really. There's definitely alot of fabbing to do there. The F150 had an entirely different frame and suspension those years. Certain things would bolt right up. The rear spring hanger brackets would likely fit with some drilling. The engine crossmember location bar would likely be in the right place (it would share the bolt holes with the current traction-beam mount). Shocks wouldn't be an issue, since you can get shocks with the stud on one end, and the eye on the lower end.
I think the biggest problems would be the front spring hangers. On the F250/350's those years, the front frame section was "boxed", and the spring shackle went inside the frame. The F-150 was just a single frame rail.
Not saying it can't be done, but it might be cheaper to look for and older F-350.
Now if you had an IFS F-250, and a complete donor F350 (solid axle), that's a piece of cake.
