Super fast blinking left turn indicator?
I have a 2010 XLT 4x4 Screw. As I'm driving around the other day, I go to make a left hand turn and I notice that my blinker is blinking crazy fast. My best guess was I had a turn indicator out (despite the fact that my truck is only 6 months old...less than 10K miles). So, I leave the blinker on, and get out and look....all turn indicators seem to be working -- front, rear, and side mirror. Any ideas on the issue? It's really annoying.
Hahahaha...ooops. In reading further into it, I realized that the truck is also under warranty too! Considering the culpirt could be a relay, wouldn't he have the same problem if he were to signal to the right too? I still say bulb, as they are the only thing in the circuit that would dictate a fast left or fast right flash...that's why I should have recommended turning on the hazard lights and walk around the truck...unless, of course, the technology has changed; I've been out from under hoods for about 10 years!!

I thought I read somewhere on a forum that the new trucks do not use a traditional mechanical relay/flasher. Instead, the flashing is all computerized and the clicking sound is just that, a sound effect to mimic the old flashers.
I checked the 2010 owners manual and could not find a flasher relay listed anywhere.
