I agree!! I know a lot of people say they are high but I price shopped for my infinity kappas and they were VERY competitive when searching other authorized dealers. I'm sure I coulda got some of scambay but didn't wanna risk it to save a few dollars.

They are a little pricey, but nothing too bad. As far as me going with 2 separate amps, the lady at Crutchfield talked me out of it. Bringing in the picture of extra wiring, distribution block, etc. I figured it wasn't worth it. My mom will just have to accept the fact that its a little over a grand.

Go with Jl audio 1500W, having that much power supports all speakers and 3 subs. I have the infinity door speakers as well and love them. Then I have 2 Jl slime line 10" subs and one 8". Sounds amazing and better than all my other systems.

I hope so...but now I got a different guy (just now getting back with me after an email from last Wednesday...) saying I should definitely run two separate amps. Sheesh...I wish they'd make up their mind!

I'm not sure...I told him I'd be going with one, and he said that's fine two. He said in his past systems he's always ran different amps for his speakers and subs, but I told him I was very limited on amp space, so he said its no big deal to use one.

He also said my front speakers are like, 1/10 of an inch too deep, so I'll have to do minor adjusting to get those to fit, but I'm not worried about that...I'm sure the shop can take care of that. Now just gotta get over there and see what they estimate it to be to do the install...

The kappas will fit without any mods.

I am running two Alpine PDX 600 watters. 1 four channel and 1 one channel for the subs. They sound great and are digital so wear well. I have one mounted under the drivers seat and one under the center console.
