I baked the headlights on my 2005 and then again on my 2012. they are very easy to take apart on the 04-08 body style. you could easily do it in a day. then again, you can also buy blacked out lights with clear reflectors on ebay for about 100 bucks..
And i would definitely dip those wheels all over, unless you have money for powdercoat. Plastidip may look cheap to some people on here, but it looks much better than pitting chrome.. and on wheels, it holds up amazingly, my brothers camaro 19's were dipped 4 months ago and still look flawless. if you dont want to fork over the cash, dip them for sure

In most cities there are guys who specialize in refinishing rims. They can make them look like brand new for a fraction of the cost of replacing them. They come out in a truck and do all the work on site, most times.
