Default Subwoofer Box...?

Are the subwoofer boxs that are labeled for an extended cab the same thing as one labeled for the supercrew cab? Or are they two completely different sized boxs? It's for a 2005 King Ranch SC.

If not who makes a nice sub box that's deep enough to fit a variety of subwoofers? Also what's better a downfiring box or up?
