Default Stumped on brake light issue

On my 2001 f150 King ranch, my brake lights went out. When I say went out, I mean nothing; even out to a trailer. I did all the usual checks (I.e. bulbs, fuses, relays). I even switched out the brake light switch. Still nothing. My hazards and turn signal still work, which I believe use the same filaments as the brake lights so I know the bulbs and #13 fuse are good. Any suggestion to what I may have missed? Thanks in advance.

There is a common issue with your year model truck at the brake light switch wiring connector. The wire will break inside the insulation making it look like it's good.

Locate the switch under the dash on the brake pedal lever, pull on each wire and see which one stretches or pulls completely off. Repair as needed.

Check the turn signal switch. Power from the brake switch goes to the t/s switch then through the switch to the lights.
