not for sure but i doubt it. and none of the controls on that steering wheel will work on your 2003, which your truck has none of besides cruise control unless your truck doesn't have cruise

don’t worry bud, check out my forum, I just did it to my 2005, in fact I’m the only one and the first one who did this swap cause no one wants to update our current gen so what I did to accomplish this is I bought 2 steering wheels, the new steering wheel 15+ or whatever you’d like from 09’+ because those two are similar, even could work for other wheels from ford but get which ever wheel you want and let me stop you right here for now because if you do decide to commit just know there may be times you’ll have to scratch your head and take a break because you’ll be the first to do this on your gen, anyways you’ll get the wheel of your choice, and then you are gonna get the same wheel off eBay or wherever for your same model, reason why is because you are gonna get a angle grinder and cut off the bracket that lets the steering wheel mount to the column and then you are basically gonna sit it on the back of the new steering wheel to see if it has any fitment issues and go from there with whatever modifications are needed

not sure if I’m replying to this right, but this is perfect , I’m currently researching to swap a 15 f150 steering wheel to my 08 f150, have you had any problems with it since and how hard is it to accomplish the wiring itself. Please help
