Default Starter question

I have a 2016 F150 XLT 3.5L Eco Boost. Summer of 2024 I pulled in to get some gas and my truck wouldn't start. I got it towed to the local NAPA garage and they replaced the starter. Everything worked well until the winter/spring of 2025. Every once in a while when you would turn the key there would be a Lowd squealing noise. I would turn the key a few times before it would start my truck. It seemed like a bad starter drive gear. I called the garage and they said to bring it in to get a new starter installed and it was covered under warranty. I had the starter replaced summer of 2025 and starting this winter I have the same problem. I called the NAPA garage again and they said the same thing. Probably a defective starter and to bring it in to get a new starter installed under warranty. It seems odd to have two defective starters but I know they dont make parts like they used to. Any other ideas what may be causing this issue?
