What was the last year these were available on the F150’s?

Are you talking about a divorced transfer cars that was connected to the transmission via a driveshaft?

IDK but my cousin did have a 70's high boy that I am pretty sure was divorced.

Yes, I had a 74 250 that was separate.
What year was the last of the manual shift separated transfer cases.
Did they make any separate electronic shift transfer cases if so what was the last year for them?
Thank you in advance for your time.

77 was probably the last year of a divorced transfer case Ford and that goes for the F-250. The F-150 went to a married setup a few years earlier. None of these would have had any electronics whatsoever, all manual only.
NP-203 and NP-205 were probably the most used cases then.
