Default Stained door handles?

The wax I used on my truck stained some of the plastic parts such as the door handles. As you can see in the pic its pretty ugly. Anyone have a solution for cleaning it up until I get painted door handles? Nothing I've tried has worked yet. Its an 05.

What all have you tried? Probably will need hot water, a stiff toothbrush and a good quality soap. If you don't have luck here there are a number
of detailing forums thats discussed this same thing.

The best thing I've found is to clean real good wipe them down with a grease and oil remover and paint them.

Magic Eraser, but it is hard to get into all the divots. It helps a lot, though.

That doesn't remove it, just covers it up for a bit.
