I think stacks should be mandatory, for diesels that run tuners and blow black smoke everywhere. Nothing like sitting at a light and a diesel blow smoke, in your window.

Not to start anything with the coal rollers, but I'm sure these vids are part of the reason why we have DPF canisters on diesels now.
