Default Squeaking on 98 F150

Iv'e had this problem for about 2 months now, everytime i drive over a speed bump or hit bumps in the road or if the road is uneven a sqeaking sound that kind of sounds like air being compressed and decompresed comes from the front end. Also when i'm driving or stopped and i turn my wheel it squeakes and its not the power steering. I replaced both the front shocks maybe 2 weeks after this happend and the rear shocks were replaced not too long ago.

Any ideas what to do, its really annoying while driving.

Thanks

Have your ball joints looked at.

have the ball joints, and control arms looked at. They are either going bad or need to be greased.
