There may be some new "cheaper" brands out there but I will stick by Line-X 1000%, I have had it on my 2500 HD for 3 years and it looks just as good as the day they sprayed it in. It did cost me $586 to have it done but it came with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, I may be weird or something but I'd rather pay an extra $100 for something thats going to last a lifetime than to pay $100 less for something that may screw up tomorrow.

Mine was already sprayed when i bought it new. It was the first truck i had ever had with spray in bedliner. Mine is Rhino Liner and its awesome. Never go with the drop-in style. Like said above, water gets inbetween the drop-in and the bed causing bad rusting. Plus the drop-in's are slick plastic. The spray-in's have grip and dont allow the things you have loaded in the bed to slide around every where. Thats what i like about it.

i agree. line-x is great and certainly the way to go. the only thing that i have noticed is that it has become stained from all the oil/gas drips from the dirtbikes

I used to drive a tow truck and all of our trucks used a spray on bed liner on the decks. If anything convinced me of how well these products work, it was that.

The L-arms and dolly bars are 35 - 60 lb pieces of solid steel with sharp 90 degree angles all over them and we would drop them on there without even thinking - with no damage whatsoever.

SPRAY - ON
SPRAY - ON
SPRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY - ON

Default I got drop in liner

Previous owner had drop-in liner installed. I like it, better than just the bed, havent taken it off yet but now I'm kinda curious. Drop-ins are ok but if I had the $ I'd even get spray-on for the 'ol beast, and get rid of that drop-in.

Spray on, if you put the plastic bed liner over it then if water happens to get under it, it would cause corrosion under it, plus you dont get that "cheap plastic" feeling.

I am going with a spray on bed liner also. I also think they look better than a drop in.

Spray-in would be you best bet. I haven't done it to my truck yet, but my brother and dad had both their old and new trucks sprayed from Rhino I haven't seen any problems with them yet.
Unfortunately, I've been stuck with drop-ins on my ranger and old f150. On my ranger I had to take it out just so I could put my 4-wheeler in it. Also the fact they hold water whenever it rains or washing your truck.
