Default Speedo questions

Bought an 06 Lariat recently... Keep getting a battery light and check charging system message on message center and the speedo doesn't work... Also the front map lights don't work (good bulbs)...
Pulled cluster and it has VP4L3F-10A055-DC
Googled that and it comes back as cluster for 08...
Also had full charging system check done and everything is well within parameters.
No DTC codes...
Is this cluster the source of my woes or do I have multiple issues?
Btw all fuses are good all plugs look great and no broken wires that I can see.
Any help would be appreciated
Note it looks like the correct cluster should be 6L34-10849-NC or 6L34-10849-EA thru EC
No idea which one and I don't wanna start buying them till I find out which one or it not even fix anything...

Odometer works, battery gauge is being flukey... Sometimes reads right most times not.

Pull your instrument cluster out and check where the wiring harness plugs in. If it wiggles a little bit I’d bet that’s your problem. Just sold a 2010 XLT that was having a lot of the same problems. Check engine, battery light, ac would sometimes work sometimes not…. The list went on. There are videos online on how to fix it yourself. I sent my to Circuit Board Medics and they fixed it if I remember correctly for around $150. Fixed all the issues the truck was having
