Default speed chips

Is anyone familiar with speed chip performance modules. I saw them on ebay and they have various types but most of them claim to give 15-25 hp gains on trucks and the they range anywhere from $3-$30. I read the feedback on some of the sellers and the buyers seemed impressed with them. They are not as advanced as the edge, xcal, etc. I did a search under (ford fusion) and saw numerous products listed.

IMO, if those chips were worth anything, for that price, Ford would put them in at the factory just for bragging rights.

I was doing a general search on the ford fusions and the speedchips came up. I was just asking if anyone has tried them? I was looking for some different wheels for my fusion.

No one on here has tried the chip. It's a waste of money.

For wheels go on www.tirerack.com and you can see a selection of wheels on your specific vehicle.
