However, they don't make one for my generation. So does anyone have one and have the measurements? Or do you think it could possibly fit on my 2000?

Look up forum member ROSSI. He built his own on that generation truck and when I still had my 98 I wanted to buy it from him when he sold it. But yea he has a build thread for it on here somewhere. Get in contact with him bud

I have the light bar the ROSSI had on his 2002. Very simple to make if you are crafty enough to do it.
