Default slow coolant leak

I have a 2014 Ford F150 with four doors that started leaking around the beginning of summer. (five point something liter engine I think) I didn't realize it was leaking but in the 110 degree desert heat the fan seemed very excessive. I added coolant and it took a lot but the gauge itself was never showing excessive heat.

A few months later I added another gallon. Then a month ago I added a gallon, and now two weeks ago, and I took it to the shop today.

They did a pressure test and said that they could not find a leak. When I said I was sure they said they would look more.

The leak shows in the driveway about the center of the engine and near the front.

Any suggestions that I might pass on to the shop? It had a water pump replaced about 1.5 years ago by the same shop.

thanks

There is a Tee Connection in the front of the engine on the 5.0 that is notorious for leaking
