Default Slave cylinder 1997

Well. I thought i did it perfect. To let people know, i took the bolts out the cab in back. The front ones i back off 2 inches. I raised the back of cab 4 inches That gave me room to take out transfer case without removing torsion bars. Also, the bolts were easy get out

However, i get it all back together and notice i cant move the shifter. Nor 4 wheel drive. Welll, try to start anyway. All i hear is the starter grinding the flywheel

Now, the transmission is flush. Went in nicely. Does anyone know what the deal is? I didnt touch the flywheel, nor did i mess with the gear stuff. I took trans off, change cylinder and put back on. Thats it.

I dont think the gears shifter has anything to do with starter.

I failed to mention that i changed the slave because the pedal would loose pressure. Its doing the same thing. What attaches to the clutch pedal. ? If i press the pedal fast there is pressure. Real slow there is none. Maybe the reason can shift gears ?????
Help
