Gang,

I was hoping I could possibly get some information or suggestions. I just recently purchased a 2005 F-150 that has a Sirius satellite radio dock installed in the dash. Images are attached.

I was hoping to remove this dock from the car radio dash as I don't have satellite radio. Looks like whomever installed it, ran the wiring behind the face of the radio/dash. I am looking to remove and get rid of this dock.

Has anyone ever removed one of these? If so, is it easy to do? It's kind of a pain as it sticks out from the dash. I'm assuming the dash face plate has to be popped off to get access to the wires?

Either buy the radio and pay for the subscription or google how to remove the center dash and disconnect it.
