Default Side view mirrors

I am curious if there are any of the dual telescopic mirrors from the F250 line, that will fit on the F150? I am looking to keep with the chrome look of the Lariat with a chrome package, I also will need them to be heated with turn signals on them also.

I got a set from http://www.tascafordparts.com. Not chrome (I wanted the black trim to match the other stuff on my 04 Lariat). They're listed as 07-08, but bolt up directly to 04's and above (on my 04, I had to move the ground wire on the connector). Think I paid about $250 for the pair for mine.

You can get the OEM Telescoping trailer mirrors from http://www.fordaccessoriesstore.com. They are heated and have signal / courtesy lights (the site says that the base truck must support those features in order to work). You'll pay Ford a pretty penny for them though, ~$225 each before install.
