Default shuttering / vibration

I have a 2007 F 150 5.4 XLT 4x4 with 40,000 miles. I was driving about 30mph and the dash and steering wheel started bouncing. I thought maybe a flat tire at first. I checked the mirrors and the tires were fine. I put the truck in nuetral and reved it up and pulled it back into gear and it went away. Maybe a U joint issue???
Thanks for any feedback.
