Door panel is super simple to take off dont let it scare you.

There are like 4 bolts remove a speaker and presto it pops off.

But i have to ask why you want to disable the door code? After 10 failed attempts it locks out for 30min so people will have a hard time cracking it.

Plus, what a saver if you lock your keys in your truck! Presto, door's open again!

What are your reasons for wanting to disable it?

Haha we have all been there. Hmmm wonder if ford can change the code or if there is a way to erase the original code.

But like i said door panel is a piece of cake. If you want a step by step walk through let me know i can post one. And i can email you pics if needed.

Ok here is goes.

Remove 2 7mm bolts on bottom of door panel

Use small screw driver to pop off small panel by door handle.

Removed 2 8mm bolts under panel you removed in previous step.

Gently pry off power window and door lock cover. I used a small screw driver and started at rear.

Removed all wiring to switch panel and set to side.

Removed one 8mm bolt that was hidden below switch panel. It goes into the door.

Pop off speaker grill. There is a small notch near the top front you can put a screw driver in.

Remove speaker there are 4 5.5mm bolts and one connector in rear.

(Applies to some trucks) removed a black plastic trim piece that bottom 2 speaker bolts go through.

Remove bottom 2 speaker plugs. The plastic cylinders that the speaker screws go into. They just pull out. Square plug square hole deal.

Lift door panel using handle. Will come up about one inch.

Pull door panel towards you.

Place on ground.

Note the cable for interior door release is still attached be careful when putting door panel on ground as to not stress this. One lifted or leveled trucks supporting the panel may be required.

Your lucky i had nothing to do for a while.
