Should i take this off

Some one hit me about 2 weeks ago. The black part of my bumper is all messed up. What would it look like if I take the black part off?

Don't take it off.
If you aren't going to fix it, leave it as-is.
It will look worse with the chrome exposed and all the holes in the chrome.

Ok I don't know what i am going to do yet because as u can see the bumper is pushed up and has broken that side thingy.

Take it off and plasti dip the bottom for now, better than looking at it all jacked up.
