Default Shifter bracket

Hey guys new to the group but this is my 3rd f150 ive owned. Ive got a question. I was having a hard time shifting and from reading from this group i found out it was 2 torx bolts under the steering column. Took 10 minutes to fix but i noticed a crack on the bracket where you tighten those bolts so i didnt tighten it. Now come to today and i noticed that broken piece and the bolt on my floor board. I was wondering by chance what that part is called that broke and how hard is it to fix.

This is the piece that broke off
