The service engine soon light has appeared on my dash i just serviced the engine 2 weeks ago ,is this indicating that there is another problem and have to get the codes read?? any suggestions

 

Search this site and buy obdII dongle if you want to do it yourself., otherwise Autozone will read and reset codes for free.
Don't know what shop did, but could be a lot of things.
Most likely mass airflow sensor, I would think.
Easy to whack, guys usually pull the connector to remove intake, I'd look there first.
