Has anybody ever done a seat swap, I’m looking to install seat from a 2012 f150 into my 08 f150. Can this be done??

I swapped from the same year cloth to leather. I'm not sure if the different years had different bolt patterns/ wiring harnesses. I would figure so. Check my build thread for pics if you want.

You're jumping from the 11th to the 12th generation trucks so everything will be different, mounting locations, seat accessories wires and possibly the belt notification and air bag wires. Also seat belts may be an issue. BUT you can make anything work with a lot of work

I don't know if its a direct bolt in but anything can be done.
