Default Seat protector for child car seat

Hey Fellas,

Just picked up my new F150 Plati SuperCrew and I love it! Been driving Toyota's for the last 2 decades and decided to keep it American this time. So far so good!

I also have my first born on the way and want to put a protective barrier between the car seat and the leather. I have searched online (mostly amazon) and inevitable there always seems to be a negative review that says the protector leaves permanent marks on the leather from non-skid **** on the bottom of the protector.

Anyone here have any experience with these things and/or any recommendations?

Do you happen to recall what the brand name was?

i put a card board box under the protector to keep it from sticking to the leather or leaving creases from the carseat being tightly installed.

have 3 of these in 2 different vehicles with leather seats.

I used a large towel and folded it a couple of times.

I used the same one when my kids were both still in car seats and it still left some very small creases in the seats on my 1977 Mercedes Thankfully only one is still in a booster so I don't need to worry anymore.
