I got a 2001 supercrew with a 5.4 it has a bit of a rough idle to it I've tried sea foam and it helped a lil but put in new plugs, fuel filter, K&N air filter had the injectors flushed and still cant get rid of it any one got any suggestions?

 

Clean the throttle body, iac and Maf sensor. Start there and if it still persists could be your cops

Im not sure how old your battery is but i took advice from another guys response to an older thread and replaced my battery after having similiar symptoms and it seemed to work.

 

It's 3 months old
