rough
alright i replaced a idler arm an outer tie rod upper and lowere ball joints on both sides and my truck was way out of align now when i go about 40 mph the truck feels like it shakes a little more than is suppose to its not unbearable i just want to know if something is up any body got any advice or am i just being parranoid ?
Yes, it is possible. An out-of-balance wheel will usually have a certain speed or range where it becomes most obvious.
Although, I would probably look to the alignment being an issue. Did you have the truck aligned after you did the front suspension work? If so, I would take it back to the shop and ask them to check it out to see if they did the alignment properly.

If the vibration is in the steering wheel, then I would not suspect the drive train. If the vibration is in your butt, then perhaps something under the truck is the cause. I don't think a bad u-joint would cause any significant vibration, more likely you will hear it than feel it. If you had been 4-wheelin' and a lot of mud was stuck to the drive shaft, you could get a vibration at higher speeds.
