I have never seen one for a flairside but....

its from go rhino, and I also have some 3 foot whips mounted on it.
I think I got it for about 250, and they have some of the best coustomer service ever.

Now what you need to do is get your Hamradio ticket so you can feed those 3 foot whips, or something a whole lot better such as a Texas Bug Catcher, on frequencies with some range. There is nothing like 75 meter phone in the middle of the night talking with people all over the country, plus ships at sea, except for doing the same thing on 40 meters with even more range.

Look below, now wouldn't your truck look good with a Texas Bug Catcher on board.

I wouldn't mind it, but I don't foresee spending money on that equipment right now.

It isn't as expensive and you would think the Gala Texas Bug Catcher
http://www.texasbugcatcher.com/cata/tbc.htm such as are in the photo
I sent you is around 400 dollars but they are easy the build yourself. There is tons of good used radio gear out there you could assemble a good HF station for 1500 dollars. This is a HF station with bands 10-12-15-20-30-40-60-80, and 150 meters. What is really more practical is a VHF-UHF mobile station. this is 2 meters, and 70 centimeters you can purchase new a good dual band mobile rig for between 250, and 350 dollars and the antenna would be 100 or less dollars. With these radios you work through repeaters. Here in Cheyenne I can easily talk from Cheyenne to Colorado Springs a distance of about 170 miles. there are repeater systems that are crossed link across whole regions.
