On RockAutos website ordering spark plugs.
Noticed they are incorrectly charging state sales tax on the shipping (freight) cost in addition to the parts.
Will notify them.

Tax on shipping is state of residency dependent.
In PA, if shipped items are taxable, so is shipping.
If the items are not taxable (clothing and food), no tax on shipping.
If the order is mixed and the majority of the order is taxable, than the full shipping charge is taxable.
