Default Reset Monitors

I need to reset some of the monitors on my 2004 F150. I have downloaded Ford's official steps to reset the monitors but they do not include resetting the 02 monitor and the H02 monitor. I have three that are not ready.
1. Catalyst Monitor
2. O2S Monitor
3. H02 Monitor.

There are no fault codes and in order to pass California smog test I need at least 2 of the three switched to ready.
Does anyone know what are the steps to resetting these Monitors especially the 02 and H02 ones.

If the mil lite is off you should be good to go if the lite is on then any one of the obd2 scaners should be able to read trouble codes and clear them as long as the problem is not reocuring Bubbabud

I have an OBD-II reader and it shows no fault codes but does show four monitors are not ready and in California that will cause a smog test failure.
I've put on about 130 miles to try and get them to a ready state and so far they have not reset.
