replacement parts?

so juat hypothetically speaking if one had a 92 f250 that the owner felt needed a new cab and bed where would be the best place to order some completely rust free?

if its a 7.3 liter diesel motor with barely any miles and it doesnt necessarily need one i just want a body that has less rust and dents from hauling stuff
